Lean Active Chocolate Chia Pudding
Nutrition per serving
Ingredients
- 50g milled chia seeds
- 2 scoops of Lean Active Chocolate Protein
- 400ml milk of choice or a mixture of milk and water
- 30g smooth peanut butter
- 1 - 2 tbsp honey, maple or sweetener of choice, optional
- Greek yogurt for topping
- Berries and peanut butter to serve

Method
1. Blend together the chia seeds, protein, milk or water or a mix of both, peanut butter and sweetener if using a hand blender, food processor, or in a high speed blender.
2. Place into the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to thicken a little or serve immediately with Greek yogurt, berries, peanut butter and some cacao nibs or seeds for a little crunch if desired.
