Simple Berry & Vanilla Baked Vegan Protein Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup (50g) jumbo oats
- 1 tbsp whole chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Kinetica Chocolate Plant Protein
- 200ml non dairy milk (oat or coconut)
- 1 tbsp toasted unsweetened desiccated coconut

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jug. Place into the fridge overnight.
2. Stir up before serving and add a touch more alternative milk if desired to reach preferred consistency.
3. Top with coconut, cacao nibs and a little dark chocolate.
