Chocolate Plant Protein Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30g smooth peanut butter
  • 120g pitted Medjool dates
  • 100g ripe banana
  • 80g oat flour
  • 60g Kinetica Chocolate Plant Protein
  • 20g cocoa powder or raw cacao powder

Method

1. Blend the peanut butter, dates and banana together in a blender or food processor.

2. Add the oat flour, protein powder and cocoa powder. Blend to combine. Leave to sit for 10 minutes to allow the mixture to dry out a little.

3. Divide the dough up and roll into 10 bites. Store in the fridge for 5 - 7 days in a sealed container.
